Prices are given incl. VAT but excluding postage & packing.
On receiving your order we will calculate the total amount and request you to pay it into our bank account.
Once we receive your payment we will confirm and send dispatch your order.
Order Process
Please bear in mind that we are not a major online order company able to offer next-day delivery but a one-man volunteer doing the job in his spare time! Each item has to be ordered from our supplier and embroidered individually. There is a lead time of up to 2 weeks from our ordering to dispatching.
We aim to issue invoices within a day or two of your order and on receipt of your payment your order will be forwarded to our supplier for processing.
