Article on Herbert J. Thomas and his Sajito cars

In the May issue of The Automobile there is a very interesting article about pioneering aviator and motoring enthusiast Herbert Thomas by Sir George White. Herbert Thomas became a Director of the Bristol Aeroplane Company and was instrumental in guiding the company during and between the two World Wars. He was a keen motorist and had his cars maintained, repaired and modified in the BAC garages. The name of Sajito was given by him to cars which he had extensively re-bodied and re-engineered for him.
This article is well worth reading and discusses the early relationship of the BAC to high-quality cars.
